No Valet parking, you have to walk with your luggage from the parking lot , through the casino to FD in the middle of the casino a really bad welcome experience.

Always nice to stay here. The folks at the front deck check-in are fantastic. If there ever is an issue it is remedied very quickly by the friendly staff. been staying here for years and will continue to do so.

It was OK, however I think my boss was upset about resorting fees and overall extremely high prices. I think that is the reason he sent only me and not the whole crew. From my understanding if we attend SEMA next year he is going to go the AIR BNB route, and only cover off strip restaurants. My main complaint was the lower odds in both roulette and blackjack. Therefore I decided not to gamble.

We walked in and were greeted by what we thought was hotel staff assisting us to check in etc. “Are you checking in this evening?” They were actually time share scammers but we didn’t realize it until they took us to the desk to give us “free tickets” in exchange for a 90 minute presentation. We then headed to the front desk and were greeted by a “bouncer” for lack of a better description. All check in was via kiosks but we had an issue with one of our rooms not allowing us to check in. We had to go through the guard that kept people away from the front desk just to get assistance. We were so hungry from traveling so we went to the food court to grab a pizza. $78 for a large cheese pizza and 2 fountain drinks. The hotel is outdated, misleading in how it advertises itself, overpriced, and lacking in customer service. The room was outdated, worn, and absolutely not what was advertised. The bathrooms had mold along the caulking. The TVs were awful. You cannot access Netflix or any entertainment apps. We specifically picked his hotel because it had heated pools and a water slide. The pool with the water slide was under construction and had no water in it. There was never anyone in any pool. We woke up to jackhammers working on the 2 empty pools at 7am each day. We paid an additional $40 per day to have adjoining rooms (family of 5) in addition to the resort fees of $45 per day per room. It was honestly all just ridiculously disappointing.

Great location on Strip, great casino and food options. Easy walk to other resorts. Excellent choice for football games.

It was below satisfactory all around no mini fridge in room iron didn't work staff was rude and didn't even know why the buffet was delicious some of the best food I have had

PROS: We got an excellent value for our money. Excellent Location. Rooms were surprisingly comfortable and had the basics (safe, tiny fridge, ironing board, hair dryer). Plenty of budget conscious restaurants. TRAM to the Luxor and Mandalay Bay. A crosswalk away from the New York, New York hotel and MGM Grand. Easy access to the Monorail, via the MGM Grand. CONS: No smoke-free zones. No view of the strip with our room. You cannot stream or transfer video to the TV. No coffee-maker. Even though the rooms were recently renovated, the A/C was old and noisy. They need to do-away with the old and smelly carpet all over the place (seriously). RECS: Request the newly-renovated King tower. Ask for higher-floor rooms. Take hair-conditioner and your most comfortable walking shoes. And enroll in the MGM Rewards Program, if you will spend money at the Casino.

Maid didn’t even clean our room or bathroom…we didn’t get fresh towels or toilet papers…we ran out of toilet paper on our last day and had to use tissue box!!!

This hotel must have the original interior from when it was built 35 years ago. The walls and carpets were dingy, and the mold stained caulking around the sink and 80’s style framed sliding shower doors were just a few of the turn-offs. Walking through the hotel smelled like stale cigarettes, and for a castle theme, it felt like the dungeon. MGM: Please spend some of the millions you take in from the casino on a much needed remodel.

Great service. Clean rooms. Many food options. Good selection of slot machines and bars. Now there are more $5 table games too - a plus!
