Excalibur Hotel & Casino

This was a business / family combined trip. The hotel stay was very comfortable. I didn't get a room a tub, but I also didn't want to go back downstairs to try and get a room with a tub.

We did not say there we instead came to see the show the Tournament of Kings. It comes with a dinner that is not very good but kids love it. The dinner is baked chicken leg, and thigh with a piece of corn two small potatoes and a piece of bread and they come and bring dessert. It’s incredibly entertaining show with lots of audience, participation, and screaming and yelling and booing. Outside the spectacular to look at

Disappointing hotel staff. I came to front desk and got my room key. I waled all the to Resort Tower as soon as I entered my room I saw room was dirty not cleaned. I came back to front office and explained give key back. She the one who gave me key said that it is not their responsibility she added it is problem from house keeping department. I got so much disappointed and she misbehave to me. I explained that I am a guest coming from long journey she said I don't care. Then they called security he came I explained my situation and everything. They were all together misbehaving me then I understood that I will not be able to right as a guest. I told them it is ok I apologize. I was right in this situation but I was again the one had to apologize. I will never forget those people I faced in the front desk. I am a hotelier at the same time I could not believe how I was treated in this resort. They have no idea who is guest and what is hospitality.

I don’t think the Excalibur needs to charge resort fees for everything. $20 for joining rooms per room, plus resort fees on each.

Very very dirty rooms rude staff and no one is Willing to help this place has gone so far down hill I will never stay there again

I stay every year for the PPAI expo. It's close to the venue and the rooms are clean and moderately priced.

The Excalibur has reinvented itself as a destination, not only for families, but those that want a fun affordable Vegas experience. The casino floor was impeccable and staff worked hard to keep the machines sanitized and seats pushed in. Everyone was so helpful and smiling. We will be back, and not just because I won on my last day.

Customer service has certainly improved at the front desk, now that most people check in via the kiosks and check out electronically. Because I'm a veteran, I had access to a human for check in. (If you are a veteran, be sure to get the MGM veterans reward card - it gets you perks like free parking and VIP check-in, and doesn't cost a cent, and is good at all the MGM properties) Toya was particularily helpful, and was there both at the beginning and end of our stay. She helped us get a great room, and made sure my resort credit was applied to my bill at checkout, then sent me my folio. During the stay, I had some personal issues crop up, and Josie helped me download and fax some emergency paperwork (they don't have a business center). Finally, Emy helped us with the room change when we decided to extend our stay two days, so we could take our bags directly to the new room. The luggage cart can be checked out for an hour for free, sometimes longer if it is a slow time of day. You will be charged $60 if you don't return it, though. The first room was spacious, clean, and practical, with a great view of the strip. The first part of our stay, we got upgraded to a suite; when we extended, we had to move to a regular room. The shower in the suite had glass walls, which was disconcerting as the bedroom was open concept, and you could see straight through the shower. The toilet was thankfully enclosed for privacy, and there was a second toilet in the front room. There was also a huge hot tub, which we never used. The normal room we moved to was also quite nice, similar to a good Best Western Plus room. Both rooms had safes and refrigerators, but no microwaves. Truly, despite the nice rooms, the real treasure of this place is its staff!

Had a wonderful time would like to come back plan on playing in the casino and enjoy the restaurants but the hotel was definitely worth the stay

Rude service every time I went to front desk or called. Didn’t meet my expectations. Very clean and good service at restaurants. Both housekeeping staff were friendly and polite.
