Drake! He was so kind and so nice to me and my kids ! He made the visit worth it if we needed anything he was so willing to help

The elevator was broke

The location was great. The property was very clean too. The breakfast was consistent with other Hampton Inn’s that I stayed at.

The elevator was out and we did not get notified since this done through Booking.com. Also, the sink was clogged the whole time. I also think there may have been cheaper rooms available but this was the only one showing up on the app. Perhaps there weren’t cheaper ones but the parking lot wasn’t too full.

Decent amount of parking, close to expressway, simple layout.

Convenient

Bel accueil à notre arrivée. C’est propre et accueillant. Vivek Patel a été amical et serviable. On voit qu’il aime son travail. En plus il savait où était le Québec ! L’ascenseur était en réparation mais avec l’excellent service et l’aspect des lieu nous pouvions oublier ce petit désagrément. Le lendemain matin au déjeuner (inclus) c’est la première fois que quelqu’un vienne nous dire bonjour. Nous nous sommes senti important. Nous avons eu affaire avec deux autres membres du personnel et avons eu un bon service. Ça fait du bien d’être bien traité.

Would definitely stay again!

What started out as a good stay turned horrible. At 2am on our last night of our stay I awoke to see something climbing on the wall. Upon further inspection I saw it was a roach of some kind. I was unable to go back to sleep, due to fear of more bugs crawling on to us and in our things. I killed it and left it in a napkin in the bathroom sink. Upon checking out I explained our concern to the desk clerk who said that something like That had never happened at their property before. I presented the napkin with the bug to her as proof of what it was. Her lack of concern made the experience even worse. She shrugged when I told her that I had a 5.5 hour drive home, with very little sleep. She offered to have the property manager contact us only after I asked. When I asked for his name she pointed to a rack with multiple cards and said “it’s right here hun”. I am a Hilton honors member and stay with them quite often. She even admonished me for the missing Information the staff failed to collect at check in because I booked through a 3rd party and not directly with Hilton.we were there for a dance competition for my granddaughter and I refuse to stay at this property in the future.

Great hotel, super friendly staff. Leslie made our trip, we arrived late at night after a long drive and she was so sweet and funny!
