Rooms were not very clean, bathroom walls were ruined with moisture. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good. Check in clerk was on the phone when we arrived and just laid her phone at the desk with the person on FaceTime. This is not professional and/or secure

We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The breakfast was so so.

We have a problem with the manager she call the other managers on duty tell him that our kids were stealing at the gas station and food store we when to the station and talk to the people in there they said that they paid for everything they got and on the food store they were ordering by the drivetru and they just told them to be careful with the car i don't know how she got that our kids were stealing the manager on duty told us that he was just passing what he was told that he didn't know anything what happens thas why we went to the gas station and talked to the people in there they said our kids were fine and paid for everything they got we will never return to a hotel like that thank you for the hospitality we are Tacoma park dreamers we went to play the regional on west Virginia we stayed at the hotel 5 nights we where 16 families

Hotel needs to be redone. Wreaks of cigarettes. Staff extremely nice and friendly. They are the only good thing about this property

Very convenient location to the interstate. They had a good breakfast and friendly staff.

This was a miserable experience due to multiple people on my floor playing TVs at top volume and someone blasting music in the room directly under mine at 2 am. It's the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

Smoking property- smelled bad. Very noisy, unruly guest. Property poorly maintained. Pool cooling/dehumidification did not work. No extra towels available. Staff was very nice. I just got the feeling the ownership is Bad and does not want to spend money to fix anything
