Der Zugang war uneingeschränkt möglich.

Keine Möglichkeit Getränke oder Snacks im Zimmer einkühlen zu können. Es wurde angegeben es sei ein Wasserkocher vorhanden - jedoch bei Ankunft war dem nicht so. Die Mischarmatur in der Dusche war undicht und hat somit das Handtuch komplett nass gemacht. Der Überlauf vom Waschbecken war nicht angeschlossen und lief direkt auf den Boden. Die Tür zum Badezimmer war so stark verzogen, dass diese beim schließen extrem fest zugedrückt werden musste und beim öffnen einen extrem lauten Knall erzeugt hat. Das Personal konnte kaum Deutsch und verstand meine Anliegen nicht. Ebenso waren die Erklärungen und Informationen seitens des Personals an die Gäste sehr schlecht vermittelt. Das Frühstück war den Preis absolut nicht wert.
