Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist wirklich Top. Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam . Zimmer mit Balkon und alles notwendige war da. Frühstück war auch lecker und ausreichend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The access to supermarkets, busses, and park to walk dogs.

It was dirty. The carpet in the hallway was exceptionally dirty. Found a bag a empty beer bottle in the closet.

"Preisgünstige und passable Übernachtung"

+ kostenlose Parkplätze + Bahnhof und Bus Station zu Fuß erreichbar + Günstig: Preis für 2 Personen in Doppelzimmer: insgesamt ca. 80 €/Nacht ohne Frühstück. Wir warn zum Japantag 2026 dort. +ruhige Gegend (für Großstadt, kaum Verkehr). In der Früh konnte man dem Vogelgezwitscher lauschen. +Saubere Zimmer (allerdings ist die Einrichtung zum Teil schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen). +Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer +sehr guter Bäcker in der Nähe

- Zimmer laden nicht zum verweilen ein. Für Übernachtung ist es ausreichend. -Hellhörige Zimmer (wobei es bei uns in der Nacht zum schlafen ging) -Es wären tolle Balkone vorhanden - die aber, im "Rohbau-Zustand" und voll mit Vogelkot sind. Ich bin normalerweise nicht empfindlich, aber das war ekelhaft und verstehe nicht warum man die nicht reinigt. Sehr Schade - weil die Aussicht wirklich schön wäre. -auf den Fotos wird mit einer "Reiseküche"geworben. Die ist aber leer (also kein Geschirr, keine Töpfe usw.). Ebenso bei Minibar - bei uns nicht vorhanden. -Bei uns war Duschkopf undicht und beim Duschen war die Warmwasserversorgung nicht stabil.
