"Lovely experience at the DoubleTree in Cedar Rapids"

I was in Cedar Rapids for business meeting and stayed at the DoubleTree. I called head of time and had questions on parking. Kathy at DoubleTree was very helpful and got my license plate number so that I could just drop my car off at the garage and walk right to the office I was visiting. It was very helpful. Later in the day, DeAndre helped to check me in to my room. He was wonderful - very accommodating and friendly. I can tell that Kathy and DeAndre really like people and they are excellent representatives of the hotel. I will also say that the hotel is very nice; newly updated, with spacious, quiet, and clean rooms. I would definitely visit this hotel again.

House keeping had been in our room sometime in the morning while we were out. Around 2pm a staff member opened our door saw us inside and then closed it. Not sure why anyone would need to be in there again if housekeeping had already been in there.

This was my second stay at this property on business travel. Since my previous stay, the property has been completely renovated! It looks amazing! The renovation is complimented by an amazing staff who is friendly and kind! I am looking forward to my next visit!

We had an Annual Conference that rotates yearly between Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, North & South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa. This year's was held at the DoubleTree Hilton in Cedar Rapids, IA. The experience we had Friday through Sunday was awesome. The hotel exceeded my expectations and they are always "high"! Kudos to the hotel staff, convention center, and of course to the Hilton Chain!
