Residence Inn Asheville Biltmore

Stayed here to visit my dying mother at Mission Hospital because it was close and convenient to the hospital. Paid over $800 for two nights for a room with a “boxed in” AC handler that sound like a 737 jet engine when it came on. The box had a door that was only accessible buy a service key. The door had so much slack that when the handler came on the suction would slam the door and it sounded like someone breaking into the room. After the first nights stay, there was no freshening of the room and the night manager was kind enough to give a couple of towels. The place smells like chlorine and body odor. Everything here is so outdated, the paint, the carpet, the curtains and the furniture. I gave one star/bubble for the coffee. It’s good.

Recently renovated. This is a nice hotel with spacious rooms. Hotel associates were very friendly and helpful.

Nice room and clean property. Breakfast was a bit below the level of the Mount Pleasant Residence Inn we stayed in just prior.

This recently renovated Residence Inn was a great base camp for our several weeks in Asheville, NC. The property is small and other than the occasional life flight to nearby hospital, very quiet. located 1/2 mile from the Biltmore village and entrance to Biltmore, it's very convenient to walk or bike to a number of local craft breweries, restaurants and shops. the pool and spa were a nice amenity as were the fire pits and patio area. The housekeeping and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and this inn had a very complete and varied breakfast- mini-quiches, frittatas, fruit, pastries and other options - and the breakfast staff were amazing. There is a small construction project in the parking lot but we always were able to find a parking spot and the work was not intrusive. The property also is very dog friendly with grassy areas just out the doors.

The room (one bedroom suite) was clean, comfortable, and very roomy. We enjoyed having the convenience of a kitchen. The front desk and breakfast staff provided great customer service. We were very pleased with this property and enjoyed our 5-night stay.

Newly remodeled, well appointed hotel. Everything was excellent! The outdoor and indoor facilities are all inviting and brand new. From the outdoor fire pit and fire place to the hot tub, pool and fitness area. Breakfast was delicious and kept full on the Buffett. The dining area and seating area were comfortable and clean. The room was outstanding with everything needed for a short or long stay. It’s a safe area. All the staff was kind and helpful. I was surprised they didn’t have uniforms at the front desk because details and all aspects of the hotel have been neatly selected. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to staying again.

Great location. Quiet and clean. 5 minutes to Mission Hospital. 5 minutes to Biltmore estate. Plenty of food, gas etc within walking distance as well. Only issue was parking lot construction. Otherwise great
