Staff who received us had bad customer service. He was rude .

Entrances poorly lit, front door broken, bathroom needs complete renovation, phones out

The hot tub

The room was in poor condition and did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards. There was hair left in the tub, sink, and on the bed. The cabinet door would not close properly, the drapes were old, dusty, and hanging off the rack, and portions of the ceiling were deteriorating. Overall, the room appeared neglected and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, this was my first and last time staying at a Best Western again.

Location was central for our travel . Staff were very friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the complimentary tea, coffee and cookies, but did't get to experience the breakfast buffet since we had to leave by 6:30 am on Sunday and service was scheduled for 7 am. It smelled wonderful!

Only one clerk at our check-in ( 4pm) and there were 10 people in line, so even though we had pre checked in and only needed to show ID for room key the wait wasn't great as we had an event at 5 pm. Thankfully another guest allowed us to break in line and get our key.It would be nice if there was a way to express check the clients who had checked in on line.

Great location and value.

Room was not entirely clean. Parts were clean but other areas were not touched!
