The water pressure in the property is not the best . This needs to be addressed . Thanks Location is great!

Room very clean and staff was very friendly

We got off our cruise and arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m.. We knew we could not check in so we asked Michelle if we could secure our luggage until check in. She was very friendly and helpful and got our luggage secured right away so that we could go have lunch and sight see. We returned at 3:30 p.m. and our room was ready. Stani got us all checked in and went over all of the resort and stay info. She was also very friendly and helpful. We expected the room to be dated since this is a historic hotel. To our surprise, the room was nice and comfortable. We were right above the patio and bar and enjoy listening to the music without leaving our room. We brought ear plugs for when we decide to go to sleep. Definitely a great spot for adults looking for a good time and not a snooze fest.

Stayed at the Clevelander South Beach and had the BEST time! 🙌 The location couldn’t be better—right on Ocean Drive, literally steps from the beach and surrounded by all the fun. The vibe is super lively with music, pool parties, and a rooftop that gives amazing views of South Beach. Kristy was awesome—super friendly and always made sure I was taken care of. Rooms were clean and comfy (which is impressive considering all the action going on outside). Loved being able to go from chilling at the beach during the day to dancing at night without ever leaving the hotel. If you’re looking for a fun, energetic, and true Miami experience—this is the place. Definitely coming back! 🌴☀️🍹

I had an amazing time staying at the Clevelander South Beach! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Ocean Drive, steps from the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. The energy at the hotel is electric, especially with the pool parties and rooftop views, but it still felt comfortable and welcoming as a guest. Kristy above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a fun South Beach getaway. I loved that I could walk out the door and be in the middle of all the action, yet still come back to a stylish room to relax. If you’re looking for a fun, lively, and quintessential Miami Beach experience, the Clevelander is the perfect spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I would like to start with the front desk personnel, they were very polite and accommodating. We wanted to check in early and the allowed us to with no issues. Once we get to the room we realized we were assigned a handicap room, which was really inconvenient when showering, the water will wet all of the floor in the bathroom. We choose this hotel because we heard so many things about the party night life. But while we were there the party was dead, so we choose to go to sleep early, which became an inconvenient when our room was on top of the DJ playing music until 4am, that was really annoying while trying to sleep. The cleanliness of the bathroom was not to good, it almost felt like I needed shower shoes. Overall, it was not the best experience for the cost, the hotel is outdated and not the party scene they try to make people see. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not be returning.

The convenience of the beach and all the restaurants.i also like the fact that they have an outside sports bar with 3 bars on the property and big TVs everywhere and led lights with music or a Dj

I didn't like the bathroom because it didn't have ventilation or a fan. So if you and a friend are sharing a room, bring some air freshener or have them take a walk.
