Hampton Inn Denver - Northwest Westminster

The staff was incredible, Richard was who I interacted with throughout our stay. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and accommodating. I even received text messages from him during our stay each day to inquire about how everything was. Breakfast was good, we had breakfast sausage Patties 2 of the days and a different kind of sausage on one. Eggs, potatoes, bagels, toast, English muffins with various jams and some cream cheese. They also had ice water, several juices, yogurts, cereals, and each day they had regular waffle batter and a flavored kind, red velvet and lemon. Also lots of toppings at the waffle station. Wish we could've had bacon on one of those days but the sausage patties were good! It was very clean with an attendant coming every few minutes to check, clean, and restock everything. There's also an area that had snacks and drinks for purchase. It looked little low stocked but still had everything there. Regular stuff like chips, candy, and coolers for all the drinks, so thats nice. The rooms were clean and fully stocked with all the regular amenities along with some nice body lotion. There was a fridge and coffee maker and bathtub shower combo in the room. Wifi was fast enough for my daughter to do her zoom school with no issue at all. The air conditioner and heater worked as it should. Also tons of plugs for regular things and phone chargers. What really made our stay great? Richard! He was absolutely amazing. He had incredible customer service. So friendly and helpful, even recommending near by restaurants. Richard deserves a raise, but all the staff from front desk, to housekeeping, and breakfast attendants were very friendly. We had a fantastic time and for the price, when we visit Denver again, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Tv was okay but the color was a bit off. My score would've been 5 stars if only for one thing. The pool was nice but the hot tub wasn't in working order. It was caution taped off and drained with visible rust and work that needed to be done to it. We were looking forward to the hot tub and it wasn't mentioned anywhere that the hot tub wasn't currently in using order prior to booking anywhere. If it weren't for that reason I would've given the highest score.

We have stayed at several Hampton Inns. This was by far the worst! Food was cold if there was any. Eating area not at all like the pictures shown. Pool was ehh. Hot tub drained and dirty. Room - desk chair and chair with ottoman both terribly stained and ripped. Bed mattress caved to middle. Bad pillows. Tub rusty. Carpet very dirty. Toilet seat coming off and always clogged when we used it. Hallway walls lots of damage. Work out room - only 1 machine working. This place needs a complete renovation Overall just not taken care of

Great location, comfortable bed, good price

Few amenities were lacking. Some staff was friendly, some not so much

No hot tub, pool cold and dirty. No soap in the bathrooms. Overflowing garbage cans. Not in great repair.
