"AVOID at ALL COST DIRTY and RUDE or missing in action staff"

This is the first time I have written a bad hotel stay, this place was disgusting, dirty, no services, outdated, pool water a taint of green, water was awful, internet was 50/50, no laundry, the place was disgusting and the staff could not be found, not even the front desk? Who manages this hotel? There is a reason this dump is $75 a night. Hilton Corp does nothing, look at the other feedback.

Mostly writing this review to give a shout out to Richard! I wish he could be the person at the front desk for all my Hilton stays everywhere. The property itself is just average and definitely in need of a remodel - which apparently it is getting soon. Amenities are lacking, gym is small and things are broken, no business center. But the location is great if you need to be in Westminster or surrounding area.

"Do Not Stay At This Hotel"

As a traveler who expects a certain standard of quality and service from the Hilton brand, this experience fell significantly short.I encountered several issues during my stay that made for a very uncomfortable experience: • Property Condition: The hotel is noticeably outdated and appears poorly maintained, which is not reflective of the modern standards Hampton Inn typically promotes. It was even mentioned by one of your staff that it is ‘raggedy’. • Lack of Basic Amenities: My room was not properly stocked with essential hygiene items. For a hospitality leader, failing to provide basic necessities is unacceptable. No shampoo in the shower as the bottle was empty. I told her at the front desk and they said they out of shampoo to refill it. It was fortunate that I carry my own supplies, such as shampoo and conditioner. My daughter upon arriving to her room, said there were two stains on her blanket for which she took out Clorox wipes that she carried on the plane to remove the stains. My daughter on her third day asked for toilet paper from the house cleaning staff in the hall, and was told they did not have any. We purchased hand soap and toilet paper at the grocery store. My daughter went to the front desk for extra towels, they said they did not have any. The tv in my room would not change channels. • Poor Service and Lack of Accountability: Most concerning was the conduct of the front desk staff. The clerk on duty, who I’m assuming worked M-F was consistently unfriendly and dismissive. Furthermore, multiple requests I made for assistance were completely ignored with zero follow-through, leaving me to resolve issues on my own. The weekend front desk staff was much more amenable to my issues. I called customer support team on 3/7 and made all my concerns known. She then proceeded to call the hotel and they said to her they had those items. What else would they say, but to lie and still admit to me that this hotel is ‘raggedy’ . They also said do you speak to the manager on Monday however, I fly out on Sunday. I believe in the Hilton brand’s commitment that you guarantee, but unfortunately, this stay was a complete departure from that promise. I would appreciate it if you could look into the management and service standards at this specific location.
