An excellent hotel with good amenities and a great breakfast. Salvador and Alejandra greeted me at breakfast with a great cup of coffee, juice and a world class omelette. The hotel is convenient, secure, clean and modern. The staff go out of their way to earn your business and really want you to come back again.

Oversold our prepaid room!!! We left our luggage before the check-in time and returned later to learn that there were no rooms available. We needed to negotate a solution with the hotel's staff who offered no viable solutions.
