Hilton Mexico City Airport

We arrived here as we were avoiding Erick in Acapulco. Bus ride to Mex city and Taxi to Hilton Airport went fine. Post check-in we went down hallways that were dark blue carpet. Walls and ceilings were dark gray. Got in room same type of colors. Electric switches and plugs dark brown. Hard to see. The lighting in the room overall was poorly planned. Fine by day with curtains open. Baffling after dark. The day of departure we accepted the conceirges offer of a hotel provided ride to bus terminal. That was a mistake. Even after showing them the plainly marked bus terminal (Sur) the driver took us to Norte terminal. We got out, did not offer to pay, went in Norte and got a taxi to Sur terminal. We made our bus. Both of the conceirges should be reduced to busboys. We will not stay in a Hilton property again

Great stay at this property. The jr suite was clean and spacious. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help with transportation and ensuring our stay was excellent. Special shout out to both Rodrigo and Diego for their help. We really appreciate you!

First, I'm a diamond member and stay at a lot of Hiltons. This hotel is no way up to Hilton Standards. I would say more like Motel 6. Stated in an upgraded room this week. The AC was on but the room never cooled down. Stayed at 25C (77f). The room and the hallway have this nasty sewer smell. How can anyone give this place a 5 star review. I did go to breakfast, only thing I would eat was the fruit. I didn't walk, I ran out of this place.

Convenient option when needing a hotel option in the airport.

We liked the convenience this hotel is inside the terminal, very close to international arrivals, my mom and aunt do not walk that much and with all the baggage it was very easy getting there after a long tiring flight. We stayed for just one night. The staff was welcoming once we got there. There was aspects that really got to me, reservation was made thru Expedia with the option to pay at arrival, our flight was delayed cause it needed to land and a different city due bad weather and kill sometime there. I called the hotel to let them know we would arrive late and here is where the nightmare begun, we were told that our room was most likely to be sold cause they were full.?? ?? No option to pay over the phone to guarantee our already confirmed reservation. They offered to cancel, I had to beg and still no promises were made. It was extremely frustrating not knowing if my family would have a bed that night, we arrived past midnite and even thou the room was still there, the experience was very painful. Reservation was for 4 people but amenities for 2 were in the room, we had to call for a couple of more towels that but the way were in really bad shape, had to go to reception for 2 more bottle of waters, the fixtures of the room were nice but in bad shape, specially the bathroom had excessive buildup. 5* best to stay at Hilton hotel @ Mexico City airport for a few days before departure as this is huge airport and confusing if one needs to go to another terminal 2. There is a red outside bus which cost 25 pesos per person. They take US dollars too. One can use sky train with boarding pass on day of departure. Glad we spent 2 nights here prior to our departure. Terminal 1 is Hilton Hotel location and so is United airlines. It is perfect for early morning departure as it is advisable be to at check in 2-3 hours prior. Rodrigo Acosta, bell boy at hotel is very helpful and will arrange in room massage.

I loved to stay at Hilton Airport Hotel! I really recommend! Quality service, amazing food, staff very attentive! Excellent
