"Excellent Airport Hotel"

Great stay after a 24 hour trip home from Europe. Salazar in the Bar and Salvador at breakfast were both so kind and attentive to us after a long day. HUGE guest rooms, super clean and quiet. Appreciate them recognizing my Diamond status at the front desk. Highly recommend this in Mexico City.

"Great staff, ok accommodation/food "

Great staff, not a Hilton quality product however, maybe a Hilton Garden Inn... Restaurant staff, again excellent... Food quality, no so much. Maybe the most disappointing hotel hamburger I've ever had... I should've went into the terminal to McDonald's, I would've been happier. The breakfast ingredients poor quality also, ham for the omelet, bacon, sausage (hot dogs). Management : You're running a Hilton at Hilton prices, maintain the quality expected, don't cut corners purchasing cheap products... Or change the flag.

"Noise"

This hotel always has construction noise at ANY time of the night. I asked to be placed far from the noise but the recepcionist said it was not possible…even of I reserved several months in anticipation… I only stay in this place when absolutely necessary.
