Air conditioning quite loud - which would be a tough one to change. We will open window at night time next time.

Unique western style hotel in downtown Billings. Still uses metal keys for the locks, and really cool decor style in the rooms and hallways. Pillows were not very comfortable on the bed, but everything else was good.

It was okay for the price

An older hotel, clean, and nice. Worked well for our stay.

The western theme was fun. The hotel is close to cafes and restuarants in downtown Billings.

Some updating of carpets and other decor could help the place feel cleaner.

Lights were difficult to figure out how to turn on the light. Some were all connected. Too bright.

We liked the uniqueness and curb appeal (historic presence). It was also close, walking distance to a lot of great dining and shopping downtown. Room was clean and comfortable for a couple nights stay.
