Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Beachwood

It was spacious and clean. It had all amenities that was needed for my stay.

The tub was a little distorted. Had rust and imprint of an old mat. Also, the door on the closet was off line.

Everything was smooth from start to finish! The room was very clean an big! 5 stars from me

This was my one and only time staying at this hotel. The pool was closed the hot tub was closed. No ice machines. I was handed 2 Ziplock bags of ice from the kitchen. There's No daily maid service. They clean your room every 2 days. Last but not Least the bed was Hard as a brick the pillows were thin as ice.

The hotel is old and you can tell. But the worst thing about this hotel is the rooms that are being advertised is false and lies. And the people giving these 10/10 reviews has to be getting paid to do it. The room is so rundown they used foam spray to hold the light fixture in place in the bathroom, they didn't have and body wash in the container. The cabinet doors were so worn down they were hanging. THE NASTY LIE AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT THAT WAS TOLD WAS THE ROOM WERE NICE AND EVEN THE PULL-OUT COUCHES WERE GREAT A LIEEEEEEE... THE PULL-OUT COUCHE IN THE ROOM WE HAD WAS SO NASTY IT HAD OLD DRIED UP BLOOD, STAINS, AND ONLY GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE WAS ON THAT MATTRESS AS FAR AS STAINS. ALSO IT WAS SO WORN OUT THE COTTON WAS HANGING OUT OF THE MATTRESS AND I REACHED TO EXPEDIA.COM AND THEY CALLED THE HOTEL, ONCE THEY SPOKE WITH THE FRONT DESK LADY HER NAME WAS INDIA, SHE CALLED OUR ROOM I TOLD HER ABOUT MATTRESS. SHE SAID ME I CAN OFFER TO SWITCH YOUR ROOM BUT I CAN'T PROMISE THAT THE NEXT MATTRESS WOULD BE BETTER BECAUSE OUR HOTEL DOESN'T HAVE ANY EXTRA MATTRESSES AND THEY ARE ALL EXTREMELY OLD, NASTY, AND WORN-OUT.... I TOLD HER THAT'S A WASTE OF OUR TIME WITH 2 LITTLE KIDS TO TRY TO MOCE FROM ROOM TO ROOM AND HOPE THE NEXT ONE WAS BETTER. SHE THAN SAID SHE COULD GIVE US A MATTRESS COVER AND HAVE SOMEONE BRING IT UP TO US AND NO ONE EVER CAME UP... I REACHED OUT EXPEDIA.COM AND SENT A EMAIL TO THE ASSISTANT GENERAL MANGER NAME: BEKKI THAT IS UNDER ALL OF THESE COMMENTS... THIS WAS SO NASTY, MY 2 CHILDREN HAD TO SLEEP IN THE ROOM WITH MY HUSBAND AND I BECAUSE THE MATTRESS WAS SO NASTY...

The room was the worst we have ever stayed in around Beachwood area. The pull-out mattress was so nasty with blood, and stains on it as well as worn out to the point of the cotton coming out of the mattress. I reached out to Expedia.com and was advised they couldn't give me a refund the only thing they could do was to give me $25.00 key points and called the hotel and spoke the front desk receptionist, the lady called our room and literally said she could switch our room but she can't promise that the mattress would be any better in any other pull-out couches in the rooms, that they are all old, nasty, and worn-out. As well as she offered to give us a mattress cover and she would have someone bring it up to room and they never came up. I tired to call the desk back after 5mins of waiting and no one answered the phone...I wouldn't advise anyone stay at this.
