Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Beachwood

Stay was nice, room clean, front desk attendant was superb. The outside garbage was overflowing wirh garbage

Toilet wasn’t flushing properly

No complaints. We stayed for one night. Clean shower, clean room, and okay bed!

This is a good location for a suburb of Cleveland.

This hotel needs an upgrade in facilities. Everything felt out of date, the room amenities (cupboards, light fixtures, outlets, etc) were broken or damaged, our room had an odd smell, and our shower in one bedroom was broken. We called as soon as we discovered this and this was never fixed. I called the front desk repeatedly and was told someone was on their way and no one came. I missed out on family time waiting in the room for someone to come. In a 2 bathroom suite we only had 1 usable shower for 5 adults. I was told the hotel could not compensate me for this trouble because we had booked this hotel through a third party.

The pool area was fantastic. Having kitchens was a bonus.

Room was comfortable. Staff was great & accommodating. Breakfast was ehh. Some things in room needs to be fixed or updated but overall stay was good & would stay at this hotel again while visiting Cleveland

Hotel canceled my reservation three days before check in. I would have not known until I arrived for check in if I hadn’t called to confirm. Then offered me another room for four times the original price

We stayed in a two room suite with two full bathrooms. It was an excellent room, would stay there again. Only issue was the AC wouldn’t stay at temp we set it at. It got very warm during the night.

Older property, loved the pool and firepit area.

Beds were pretty comfortable. Large spacious rooms. Had everything you needed in there. Frideg, microwave, stove, dishes. Great room!
