Location. Staff.

It did not meet my expectations due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues. While the floor was clean upon arrival, the overall condition of the accommodation was quite poor. The surfaces of tables, doors, walls, corners, and the inside of the wardrobe were dirty and showed signs of heavy use, with accumulated dust and stains. It was clear that these areas had not been properly cleaned for some time, which was very disappointing. The bathrooms also left much to be desired. The hygiene seemed superficial, and there was visible dirt in both the shower and the sink. This lack of proper cleaning made my stay uncomfortable. Furthermore, many wooden structures within the property were severely degraded, some even rotting. This not only affected the aesthetic appeal but also raised questions about the overall maintenance of the space. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and invests in proper cleaning and maintenance for future guests.

The staff was very kind and helpful.

The room was small and dirty, with a window onto the street, on the ground floor. The window couldn't be opened because of this, so it was terribly hot in the room. Shared kitchen and bathroom were very dirty.

I had a great stay. Staff is super friendly and always available to help. I will book again when I am back to Canaria. Thanks a lot Reza for UPS calls help and for the ride.

Must have stricter policy on making sure everyone staying there from guests to be calm when in and out as walls are thin
