Quiet hotel in excellent location for a city centre stay. Staff always helpful and friendly. Wide breakfast selection. The wifi was strong in the lounge area but weak with dropouts in our room. On balance good value and we would be happy to return.

Hotel Bonaparte Santiago is located in the quiet neighborhood of Providencia. Its exquisite cuisine truly enhances the stay, and the charming garden adds a lovely touch to the overall experience. Although the windows on the 5th floor do not open, the hotel's comfort more than makes up for this.

A bit pricey for the service and the state of the rooms. The hotel feels old. Reception staff were nice, but housekeeping was too loud everyday. Breakfast was ok.
