Hotel Bonaparte Boutique

The Hotel Bonaparte was clean, rooms were average. Staff was very nice and helpful. The area around the hotel is very safe, quite residential, with a lot of construction going on close to the hotel. I walked a lot during my stay there. But, there are no restaurants close by for lunch or dinner, which was disappointing, which really is my only complaint. There was a hotpot in the room, but no tea or coffee. And I had to ask for tea at breakfast. I found the coffee in Chile very lacking. Otherwise, it's a nice hotel.

I am very pleased with the service and all the amenities

I absolutely loved this hotel I was traveling by myself and I was worried about safety. I felt very safe at all times. It was nice and quiet even though there was construction across the street it didn’t seemed loud at all. The staff was excellent! Restaurant was very good I ate there a lot. It was about a 17 minute walk to downtown Santiago through a nice residential area. Ubers we’re quick if I needed one. Highly recommended this hotel!

It’s a nice hotel in a beautiful area in Santiago. You can take pleasant walks in the neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Breakfast was generous, varied and fresh. The room was spotless. My only issue was that the bed had just one blanket. I asked for a duvet/comforter but was told they didn’t have any. Instead, I was given another blanket.

Good hotel, great location and nice to have outside space. It is an older style hotel but the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. Good breakfast.

Hotel Bonaparte is a special small bed and breakfast hotel with old world charm located in a beautiful tree lined upscale neighborhood in Santiago. Our room was very nice. The restaurant was good. The small pool was a pleasant touch. The staff was great....courteous and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home from the very start. The concierge was excellent and our room very good value for money. French style decor. The small pool was fine for the occasional swim and very pleasant. The only gripes were that for some reason the bar closed at 10 pm. As people eat late in Santiago, you really want to have a nightcap on your return. Otherwise can highly recommend.

This hotel is set in a lovely residential part of Santiago away from the civil unrest. It felt very safe. A 15 minutes walk to the metro. It has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with very helpful staff. Reception were very good with booking trips and taxis and local knowledge. The lounge areas were very comfortable. The outside bar area was also lovely. The swimming pool was small but enough to cool off in. Excellent waiting staff especially Mauricio who has an amazing sense of humour. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
