Property was exactly a pictured. Issue with allergies and scented spray in the room which the staff worked hard to correct.

Super friendly and helpful front desk ! The hotel is in a very quiet area, even though it’s a bit far from restaurants/supermarkets.

Because this hotel is on Rapa Nui a 5-hour flight from Santiago I would rate this as a 4-star property. The hotel front desk staff helped me make tour reservations, called for taxis, and suggested restaurants. Rooms are furnished with up to date bedding, furniture, and bathroom supplies. The breakfast buffet offers something for everyone. I had dinner at the restaurant on the property two times and everything was very tasty. Nice wines on offer as well as a full bar. They say wifi is only available in the office, but I had a good connection in room #4. Be sure to hire their tour guide to learn about the Rapa Nui history and legions.

Beautiful property, in a quiet family friendly upscale neighbourhood, excelent breakfast. A little bit of a walk to the nearest metro stop however.

The reception was very slow over the weekend. Although the restaurant serves some quite good food, the service is variable while there seems to be a little scam running where one ends up paying service twice. The waiters ask for a tip in cash and then when the meal is charged to the room, et voila! the 10% service charge is included, a "paquete Chileno".

Lovely hotel in a nice neighborhood, staff went above and beyond to accommodate our non-standard hours. From the hotel, it was a nice walk to the Bellavista neighborhood, and from there along the park to Plaza de Armas. The only negative was on a Friday night, noise from partiers below forced us to shut the window. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
