The location of this hotel was perfect for us as it is close to the Greenville convention center. Very reasonable price. The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable. The pocket bathroom door sticks and can't be operated smoothly. The carpet felt sticky. Otherwise clean. The breakfast was acceptable, had some hot and cold items.

Horrible Stay Fire alarm got activated in the middle of the night Squeaky floors above my room could not sleep at all I woul like a refund Very bad experience

"Bad shower "

Overall the room wasn’t terrible, my biggest gripe was the shower, it had multiple patches where the outer layer was completely gone and the fiberglass was fully exposed, even the little shelf that held the soap had exposed fiberglass, which could cause someone to end up with it in very private areas

Our first night there somebody pulled the fire alarm then the people next to us had their kid slamming the door and then when you go to staff, they’re never around at the front counter
