Property under construction property is dirty. The rooms are fine and clean, but the lobby is extremely dirty and the smell of constructions and paint. The staff is very helpful.

"Great place to stay when visiting Whoazone, when construction is complete"

Nice rooms, safe location. Extremely friendly staff. A group of your hotels in Hammond was recommended by Whoazone as a safe, family friendly environment close to there location in Whiting.

Rooms should not be full price when amenities are under construction. No restaurants, breakfast in conference room because lobby is under construction. Breakfast was a yogurt cup, hard bagel, or kid size box of cereal. Thankfully the pool had just re-opened so the kids could swim.

"Family stop over"

Great stay. Rooms must be newly remodeled. Clean and spacious. Staff where so friendly and helpful. Pool area could do with a refurb but everything else was great. Breakfast was very simple , grab bag etc which suited us. Buffalo wild wings close and cracker barrel next door. Highly recommended this hotel

"Sleep was good/ service horrendous and inadequate"

I liked that I was able to check in late

The hotel had a difficult time finding my reservation. I asked many times if there was an issue. I could clearly tell by the look on the front desk persons face I was in trouble. After waiting for so much time , the front desk staff was able to get another staff member in the phone. I should’ve just called you guys because I found out after checking out the next day that they charged me for an additional room smh. Oh if they gaping to make that mistake you have to wait 3-5 business days for it to possibly returned back into your card.

"Sub-par hotel"

We arrived after a plane ride and a 1-hour drive, to find out that there was no restaurant (Bistro) as shown on the hotel website. We had to eat some snacks from the store, which I don't like to do. They also offered no breakfast. The check-in experience was average.

There was no functioning kitchen & there was no warning that there would not be a full breakfast /that there renovations being done. My stay was not worth what I paid
