Very good stay

When I arrived I called downstairs to ask what time the pool closes only to be told the pool was not open due to construction. Before I booked my trip on Expedia I checked the website to see if the pool was closed. I did this because this was my birthday weekend and all i wanted to do was go swimming for my birthday. I went to wash my hands so that I could eat dinner and the sink was stopped up. I picked up the phone to call downstairs but it didn't work so I went to the desk where I spoke to Rose she was very nice and moved me to another room. In that room I went to wash my hands again so that I could have dinner and again the sink was stopped up. I called the front desk again speaking to Rose who said she was coming right up. She did come right up and saw it was stopped up and that the toilet seat looked disgusting. She said she would move me again and that she would check the room to make sure the sink was working properly and I asked her to make sure the toilet seat was decent. She came back apologized and gave us the key to another room and stated she checked the sink and toilet seat and everything was fine. On the third room everything was in fact fine but we did have to go to the front desk to ask for a remote control for the television and tissueand the room had alot of flie This was my second stay at this hotel. The first stay was in September 2024 that stay was great and thats why I choose this hotel to spend my birthday weekend.

A dirty entrance greets you. Dirty hallways and rooms. Dirty couch. A pretty run down hotel. Not going there again.

We got there early and they provided us with a room to change in to go swim , and then let us in to our room early! Super sweet people

I travel all over the state for work and once a month typically I have to spend the night overnight on a work trip. I've been doing this job over two years now and dread my overnight trip every month because I have a hard time falling and staying asleep because hotel beds are so hard and uncomfortable. I try a new hotel every month to try to find something better and while I have found some less bad than others none were good or what I would consider comfortable. But I decided to try out this hotel and I am not exaggerating it was one of the best night's sleep of my life, definitely the best sleep I have ever been able to get at a hotel. The mattress was amazing. It was as good, possibly better than my own mattress. I slept like a baby. The hotel was clean and quiet inside. I still give 5 stars but it is as close to the interstate as you can get without being on it and the traffic is loud but with the air conditioner on inside I couldn't really hear it. The hotel was just completely remodeled. Staff was extremely kind and went over the top. I asked the front desk lady what kind of mattress it was specifically and she didn't know but a few hours after I checked out she called me let me know she looked into it and asked management since I liked the bed so well and told me the website I could look for the mattress but my phone cut out when she told me so I couldn't hear her when she was telling me the name of the site :(. I was just impressed that she cared to look into it

It was easy and convenient as well as clean and safe

There was renovation going on so work materials were around. Our room keys had to be replaced a few times because they weren’t working and stopped working. I think they said that the pool was unavailable as well as the exercise room. Breakfast buffet was free but sparse. Snacks are ridiculously overpriced. Room was great though. Comfortable bed. Clean.

The computers were down when we arrived after midnight (and stayed down until we checked out the next morning) but the staff was friendly and did their best. The lobby is under construction so it was a little chaotic. Room was comfortable with all the amenities.
