My first time staying my belongings did come up missing after check out, but other than that the property and customer service was excellent out of all the hotels in that area courtyard was the best stay that I had to check in again for this past weekend I feel safe, kids are not running down the hotel like the Hilton only flaw is that the pool been out of commission for a few weeks now. The outside of building is well kept I definitely come back for future stays.

This hotel is nice, cozy, and clean. The Staff is exceptional. Margo greets you with a smile and is very friendly. Night shift guy (didn't catch name) is also. Only downside is doesn't offer complimentary breakfast, they do have a Bistro and Cracker Barrel is a few buildings down. Also pool seems tp never be in working order however would still give a 10/10.

The hotel was great. The only issue we had was that the pool was down for maintenance during our stay, most of the reason for us staying in the hotel was for the pool.

The hotel was pretty clean overall and the beds were comfortable. However, the whole floor smelled like they just had a fire, the air conditioning in our room wouldn't work, and when you took a shower, the tub didn't drain. Also, the pool was completely closed for "maintenance" and there was nothing state about that on the website when we booked.

"Staycation "

Occasionally we like to bring the children for a staycation and let them swim and have a good time. Tried this Marriot a couple weeks ago and we love it. There is a bar and they serve food items. I didn’t try the food so I can’t advise on that but every other part of this stay was wonderful. So, the hubby and I went back just us and had a couples getaway. All of the staff are so helpful. Joseph and Rosalind are the definition of customer service. Thank for the stay I’ll be back.
