The beds were clean and comfortable. The pillows were fluffy and there were plenty on each bed. The lobby smelled clean and looked clean.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to check us in. Absolutely no staff anywhere to be found on the first level. Phone ringing constantly with no one answering it. Poor check-in service (no one available at the front desk during standard check-in time!). The elevator floor was cracked up, the toilet in our room leaked water from the tank when flushed, the cabinet on the sink was cracked and falling apart, the carpet was disgusting (stains), there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway on a non-smoking floor, the towels were thin and so dry and worn out they were falling apart when my husband was drying himself off.

The carpet smelled like feet. The bathroom was clean, but in very poor condition. The shower curtain was falling off. The towels were stained and there was no maid service.

Air worked well and was cold.Shower had good water pressure and temperature.Bed was comfortable and had nice standard size pillows. If you're looking for inexpensive, this fits the bill, and overall the essential things were fine.

You can tell when you walk in your room that the place is old and needs updated. The carpet was old and stained and should probably be removed. One lamp switch didn't work, and they're obviously aware because the light was unplugged. Another lamp shade was cracked and broken. Overall there wasn't much lighting. The fluorescent light over the bathroom sink didn't work at all. The shower curtain didn't close all the way on either end.The elevator tile right at the entrance was broken. The breakfast was minimal. The only thing hot was a waffle you could make yourself. Plain white bread, plain bagels, and they couldn't even be bothered to stand up the muffins.

It was not a good stay my sister fell in the shower she hurt her back really bad the room they didnt fix up it was falling apart my nice couldn't even go swmming the pool was green the breakfast wasnt hot stone cold coffee i would not tell anyone to stay there there was people even smoking weed and had people that had wildwood party's in the next room over i would not go back there ever again

Took 20 minutes for someone to show up to counternto check in. Room had no towels. Room clearly had not been cleaned after last clients. This place is disgusting
