Room smelled bad!!! Door was junk could barely open or close had to slam it. Felt like they baited and switched me! Said pay an extra 35 for a fancy tub? Got a crappy stinky room and a tub that didn’t work. They next they do better? No next time!!!!

It was nice to be located near restaurants and shops.

It was a very gross hotel. Tiles in the elevator were broken up and not cleaned up. There were drawings on the walls. The doors had holes in them. The entire building stunk very badly. Lights were flickering. The pool water was freezing even in the middle of summer. The breakfast was horrible. Although the staff was friendly, that was the only upside. The beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom did not feel clean, and it was overall one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

This was the dirtiest hotwl I have ever been to. Smelled like stale cigarettes and the carpet was sticky. THEN the double charged me because they said thwy didn't have my "virtual card" from Hotels.com so they took my physical card and charged it as well. I tried to call Hotels.com to fix the problem and the front desk still double charged me anyway.

The room was missing a lamp by the bed. The entire drawer on the night stand was missing. Beds and bed frames were very cheap.
