We booked a king bed, and got a room with two beds that seemed smaller than queen size. One of the beds was pretty worn.

"Customer Service on Life Support"

I typically like Quaity Inns.

The customer service was poor. They billed me $25/night for my dog. They also charged a $40 deposit which they said would be refunded. The housekeeper was very sparky and said we weren't staying a second night which wasn't true. I prepaid for two nights. They charged my son repeatedly $40. He may have received one refund but the other two deposits weren't refunded.
