This is a sweet hotel and the front desk staff was great.

The lobby/stair carpets could use a cleaning, better selection of fruit in the morning.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Aturo? was very helpful , courteous and empathic to our needs. Hotel is within walking distance to dining and shopping. Hotel grounds were immaculate.

The location and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly.

The evening clerk let teenagers sit in common area outside my door and talk and laugh until after midnight. Then I get woke up at 4:30 by a screaming baby in the hall. That one I understand, but I was tired.
