The location is great and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk from the train station which was very manageable. The room itself was clean and large (we had bunk bed + a king bed). Accessing the building was an issue for us - your phone is used as an electronic key card and apparently since we had Android devices the key card didn't work. We had to call support, they were fairly prompt and gave us physical cards after which point we didn't have an issue. Communication was great.

Great location in Oslo. Nice modern design with excellent, well maintained finishes and spacious rooms for those looking for a luxury hotel in the heart of the city. Great booking system with keyless entry controlled by your smart phone.

Problems with access to my room with the app. I have a Samsung phone, and the app crashed when I arrived and needed to usey key. However, the onsite staff made me a physical card in a few minutes and solved my problem.

We really liked the hotel room, which was well equipped with kitchen, umbrella, shopping bag, steamer etc. For us it was very convenient with the app and digital check-in and checkout. We also appreciated that we were not disturbed by cleaning in the morning. The shared areas are quite nice as well. That being said - the whole stay was completely destroyed by the very loud music with an extreme bass, which the hotel played all day long outside the entrance and was very disturbing. We could hear it in our room and it must be absolutely terrible for the hotels neighbours. We had no proper sleep and could not stay in the hotel during the day due to this music. Therefore cannot recommend this hotel.

Vi bodde her i forbindelse med et bryllup i Oslo, og jeg må bare si at vi ble skikkelig positivt overrasket. Hotellet er superfresht og ser veldig kult ut, både innvendig og utvendig. Det ligger midt i sentrum, og det er parkeringshus rett ved, så det var null stress å komme seg dit med bil. De har ikke en vanlig resepsjon, men det gjør egentlig ingenting. De ansatte i loungen tar deg imot, og de var utrolig hyggelige. Camilla, som tok oss imot, la merke til at vi hadde med oss altfor mye bagasje, og uten at vi spurte om noe, oppgraderte hun rommet vårt. Veldig hyggelig gjort. Vi koste oss virkelig. Rommet var deilig, det var rolig og behagelig på hotellet, og takterrassen var en skikkelig bonus. Der fikk vi servert gode drinker og kunne nyte utsikten over byen. Alt i alt et kjempebra opphold. Et hotell vi absolutt kunne tenke oss å komme tilbake til.

Leider funktioniert nicht alles mit der App. Und da es keine Servicemitarbeiter oder sonstige Mitarbeiter gibt, kann man auch niemanden um Hilfe bitten. Das Zimmer war sehr gut, aber es gibt einfach keinerlei Service
