Never had such a horrible stay anywhere. The hotel has no staff. The only one working there we met during the eniter stay was the bartender. You have to do it all through the ap, including the room key. When it stops working in the middle of the night, you are locked out of your room and there is no one there to help you. There is a crappy security service you can call through a door bell, that has a naughty manager that hangs up on you. They take a bout 30 min to come and give you a hard time for calling too many times. You get back in in the end, but it is horrible and what ever you were doing, is ruined.

Perfect for what e needed. Clean, nice location, walkable. Close to train station. Would stay here again.

A wonderful apartment/hotel, beautiful and extremely well appointed room, spotlessly clean. Ideal location. Great breakfast. The whole process electronic and expedited.

Fint hotel som er placeret lidt udenfor centrum. Værelset var mindre end forventet, men indeholdte hvad vi skulle bruge. Dyre parkeringsfaciliteter i de omkringliggende omgivelser. Elevatoren er lille og stoppede med at virke den ene dag, men der var forholdsvis hurtigt en tekniker på sagen.

The room is modern and the location is great for a city trip. However, my room had only blinded window to the inside of the hotel and it was not possible to adjust ventilation as needed so it had a bit of a cave feeling to me. Also, most of the technology stuff did not work well (once the elevator door did not open, light switches did not work as labelled, room key needed on average 3 attempts to work), and some things were not very practical (only one free power outlet, limited space in closet, no good place to put suitcase, no floor towel in bathroom) so I would choose another hotel next time.

Highly recommend for anyone staying in Oslo. By all measures - this was the best property we stayed in throughout Norway. Coming from America- it is not easy getting used to the small size of just about everything here. Not a bad thing, just a reality. We had a large family and space is something we appreciate as well as cleanliness Those are our primary concerns. This property exceeded expectations on both. It is also very convenient to food and sites downtown. Overall- excellent experience.
