La Quinta by Wyndham Raleigh Crabtree

They put me in a “uninhabitable” room and a roach crawled across my hand with in a hour of being in the room. Hotel is filthy. Staff is rude.

Roaches in my room 408, I killed 5. And the smoking, somebody was smoking, I asked for another room and was moved to another floor.

Was dirty and had bugs

the staff were fine, but the room was sketchy.

there were no smoking signs but room and hotel in general smelled like cigarettes. there were cigarette holes on floor , holes on the blankets and roaches in bathroom.

The hallway smells like piss from the dogs for years of urination make you want to throw up pool looks like it ain’t work in years

Absolutely nothing went well at all !!!! I was unhappy with my experience at this location. Customer service was horrible.

Customer service was bad at check-in. The clerk checked me in on the 1st floor. I was given the key card to the room. I proceeded to the room, upon walking down the wall, all I could smell was cigarette smoke, clearly there are signs posted "NO SMOKING". Walking into the room, the room wasn't clean, looked as if someone sat on the bed, bathroom wasn't clean. I went back to check-in, told the clerk what I saw, she gave me another room on the 4th floor room 451. It was worse than the 1st room. Went back to complain she gave me another room, room 341, trash was sitting in the middle of the hallway, about 4 bags of trash that smelled horrible alone with cigarette smoke. I went back an demanded a refund, she gave me back lash about a refund a raised sand, I called my bank, stopped payment. Booked another room at a different location . I was told by the clerk I had to wait till Monday to see if the supervisor would approve refund. Not a good experience at all. I will never return to this property.

The AC in the room worked and the bed was comfortable.

The check in was ridiculous. I had to fill out a pre check in registration only to get asked the same questions upon check in which took 25 minutes. The hallway had absolutely no AC & smelled like someone urinated all in the carpet in the halls. The pool was not functional which was not included in the info, the water was green and gross. Our room smelled like straight cigarette smoke even though it says it’s a non smoking facility. I will NEVER stay at another La Quinta again.

No staff presence when arrived there and when they came they are very rude. Never stay there again
