Spotty internet, broken ac in one of our adjoining rooms, back security cameras look like they've been ripped off the walls, and elevator railing broken in back elevator and almost fell on my 2yr grandson when we got in. I would have given less stars if not for the kindness and good service from the front desk lady and kitchen staff who were prompt on refilling empty coffee and breakfast things.

The manager and Brittnay did there best to make amends on what had happen and I do appreciate that so much .

The fact my booking was not what I had confirmed it to be . I booked thru booking.com The hotel states it was booking.com that when the booked and confirmed there booking did not come over as what I wanted .but the manger took all my information and he deffiantly helped me so I did appreciate it
