In room 209 the carpet needs steam cleaning and an exterminator needs to be contracted to treat the entire facility for roaches.

"Good. I would stay there again."

The room was clean. The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was decent. Location was good we were able to walk to nearby shops and a mall.

The toilet handle was defective even after the maintenance guy looked at it. It worked in the end, just horrible sounds when we flushed

Location

Elevator scary and making clouds noises. Jumped at 5th floor and rattled before opening. Breakfast was terrible, cold and poorly cooked.

"Quiet, and nice staff."

Size of room good, bed comfortable. Small kitchen nice. Lobby renovation was beautiful.

The breakfast needs to be upgraded. The bathroom in room the vents were very dirty, and the bathroom floor after you took a shower, your feet got dirty. The elevator is beyond filthy. If I hadn’t already had a reservation I would have canceled because of the elevator. Continue remodeling.
