"Definitely staying here again when we make our next trip to Illinois!!"

Location was great. Parking lot was safe. Lobby was cozy and coffee or tea/hot chocolate was accessible 24 hours. Rooms are comfortable. Bathroom was large and had great lighting as well as a fan and nice shower. The shampoo, shower gel and lotion provided were wonderful. The pool area and fitness room were both enjoyable.

"Overpriced and unsatisfactory."

Room was comfortable.

When I arrived at the property 30 mins prior to check in, I was notified they were running behind. No problem, it was a busy weekend with a soccer tournament in the area. My issue, is the staff asked for my phone number so that they could call me when my room was finally available. I left the hotel, went to our evening game. And never received any call notifying me if our room was ready. I call the hotel number and was left on hold for 10 minutes. I never checked into our room until late in the evening after dinner. This is unacceptable.
