A/C didn't work, the guy was actually hanging on the wall outlet. 2 towels, Wanted to change an extra$50 to check in a little early, even though rooms were available! They finally showed it amd also swapped rooms, it was smoked in. Breakfast was an hour late and when i got there the coffee was already all gone. I'm not a complainer but this was disgusting
