Odeur d’humidité en rentrant, la machine à laver n’est pas fonctionnelle, Le lit est inconfortable.

Qualche disservizio non prontamente risolto. Difficoltà di messaggiare direttamente con gli ospiti (solo tramite app cui registrarsi). Solo 1 cuscino e troppo morbido.

PTGreat location and neighbourhood. The apartment is comfortable and very clean.
All the communication is done through a bot that sends automatic messages. They make you fill in a form on a separate website - otherwise they won't give you acess to the codes - and upload your ID (while not requested by the Portuguese law and most likely ilegal). Only provided the payment receipt after the stay was over, not at the time the payment was made (even after I've explicitly requested it). However, they have no trouble demanding your personal information. I also think the price per night is too high for a studio apartament (no separate bedroom).

Keys were wrong to the appartment, so I chated with responsible person about ~1hour to make them sure, that I am not stupid, that they key, they left, doesnt fit to the lock. After this misserable detailed explanation that key doesnt fit, they sent me Uber with new keys. All this crap consumed ~2hours. She just said she will make sure it doesnt happen again. Who cares?! I dont. I had only one evening and next whole day in lisboa, and u with your unprofessionalism ruined that evening. Anyways. Washing mashine - doesnt work, we were washing our clothing in self-wash spot about 500-700m away from appartment. (5€) Sink with slow drenage in tha bath, bath itself also (maybe clean the pipes?), all comes up. Disgusting. Everything else - ok.

NLThe apartment has everything you'll need for a short stay. The free parking is a huge plus, the bed is comfortable, and it's within walking distance from a couple of landmarks, restaurants and cafes. It's also on a quiet street, so you can truly relax when you get home after a day of walking in chaotic streets :)
The check-out time is a bit too early (10am), but there's really nothing negative to say. It was a lovely stay.
