Couldn't think of a thing we didn't like
USIt was an excellent stay at this studio in Belem; we had a great time; the place was clean, spacious, and modern, and the kitchen was well-equipped. To buy the tickets for public transportation, we had to go to the center and get them from a metro station since the station in Belem only had the tickets in combination with the train, and we were not going to use the train. A Continente Supermarket is nearby, and bakeries and restaurants are all very well priced. I recommend getting pastel de nata at the Continente Supermarket as the price is significantly lower than the other places, and it's delicious. I recommend this place for a pleasant stay in Lisbon!!!

The worst experience in a trip, when leaving the apartment the day of check out I realized that I had left on the kitchen table (very visible) a warm jacket and a scarf, I automatically contacted the host and he told me that he was going to keep it for me to look for it, I insisted a lot to give me a more direct contact number because that jacket was all the coat I had. I was told that it was not there because the cleaners had not found it, it was very clear that it had been stolen. Deplorable

SIIt was ver cozy apartment with everything you need. Near the grocery shop and a city center. Very quiet neighborhood so you can really rest.
GBReally clean and tidy, comfy bed, great air con, hot shower and large space for a studio bedroom. Customer service was brilliant from the online team who were able to help with our queries in a very timely manner. Overall perfect for our needs of attending a festival.

PLApartament had everything that was needed, localization is great. Apartment was clean and spacious, it was really a pleasure to go back here after an exhausting day. Great contact with the staff, which was always really helpful. We stayed there for a two weeks.
Some appliances were a little bit worn-out, but everything was functional and worked. Generally no major flaws :)
DEThe location of the apartment is one of the highlights - central yet quiet. The size is also perfect for two guests and the flat had everything you might need. This flat is managed by guestready. They were extremely attentive both before and during our stay. All in all a great value for money.
We had one or two small issues (caused by external factors), but it was nothing that we couldn’t notify guestready about. They took care of our issues in a fast and competent manner.
