Late check in time of 15:00. We arrived at 13:45, just over an hour before the given check in time, the room was ready but we were told that an early check in fee would have to be paid to check in immediately. Terrible customer service, we came back just after 15:00.

Location was great that’s about it.

Room cleanliness was really poor, put some clothes on a storage shelf and the dust was that bad I was unable to wear them after. Dust around the edges of the whole room was built up. Bathroom was not cleaned very well at all. Shower hardly had any pressure and the sofa bed for my child was uncomfortable to lay on. Overall didn’t feel like a great experience.
