Nice place, great service, especially betty , solomon , puseletso . The room service food is amazing, i recommend pasta and hamburger.

The hotel, while still a little stuck in the the late 80's decor wise is well run with a wonder staff compliment and good food. Conveniently located and comfortable room.

this is a wonderful hotel you’ll enjoy the rooms at breakfast is one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in any hotel. The rooms are quiet they’re comfortable they’re clean and they’ve done such a great job at this place. It used to be a Hilton and it’s no longer now it’s even better than it was before and this is coming from somebody who is a bona fide Hilton diamond member I’ll never go back to the replacement Hilton property in Johannesburg which I’ve only stayed at now once when it was new, but I remember it as a Hampton Inn and suites. It’s a cracker box of a hotel obviously built fairly new, but it’s just junk. The room rooms inside are no good.

Room was lovely, breakfast was amazing and staff were a joy to be around.

Staff were very friendly. Very helpful at all times. The hotel was under renovation during our stay. We were informed about which areas would be closed and what alternative routes could be used. The breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes to choose from. It was obvious that the menu had been planned thoughtfully. Fersh produce was used to prepare the food 99% 0f the time. Beddings were clean and were changed on a daily basis. The shuttle sevice from the hotel to Sandon shopping mall was an added bonus.

I can't think of anything to complain about.

SHUTTLE SERVICE IS VERY NICE. THEY HAVE VERY NICE BELL BOYS THEY CARE WITH ME VERY WELL.WIFI WAS GOOD. ROOM WAS CLEAN. BREAKFAST IS NICE.
