Betty in the lobby bar is absolutely wonderful! She always greets with a smile and even a hug for those she knows She expresses the highest level of hospitality always. Always cheerful and helpful she is a friendly person whom I always look forward to seeing. If I owned a business in South Africa, I would try my hardest to have Betty come work with me! As always, the hotel was very enjoyable with clean rooms, good food and pleasant staff. Thank you so much for making this a wonderful ‘home away from home’.
