"Worst service ever"

It was one of the worst hotel stays of my life. Expect the electricity to be shut down randomly (morning, afternoon, 5 am..) and when you call them to complain they will send a tech guy to turn on and off the switch. They offered us a refund on one of our rooms and we approved, then they changed their minds few hours later.

Horrible experience. No hot water in sink and bath tub. After complain bath tub fixed but not the sink One bath towel for two people Wifi not working USED shower cap in washroom Made 3 complains but no result Will definitely not use this hotel in future.
