Convenient location and friendly staff Hot water shower mixer was fitted incorrectly and didn’t work properly Had to chase coffee at breakfast 5 days in a row - not enough staff

I love to stay at this hotel. Great location but they need to have more covered parking spots. The entrance is narrowed and usually busy to pass through

The room was smelly and alot of the gadget was broken or not wirking لايوجد شطاف في الحمام والاثاث قديم Services were too dlow

Hotel is ok , but watch out for your things in the room, I forget my eye glasses when I came at night it wasn’t there , also housekeeping they didn’t clean the room 2 days I had to call them to come & clean the room last I was drinking coffee they never put back I had to call them every time to ask for it .

Its good BUT the hotel staff said they didnt recieve the paiment !!

Just about an average hotel. I wouldn't say it is value for money. Could have actually got better facilities for that amount in other countries.

Service was professional and polite by ALL staff. Asked for a king bed and got what appeared to be 2 single beds. The bed seemed to be as long as I am tall (I'm only 5'5"). In-room dining options and actual dishes were so-so. Breakfast OJ was not fresh juice. Breakfast coffee- can taste the minerals deposits in the water boiler. I had identified a couple of shortcomings at the onset, responding to an Expedia survey and EVERYTHING and then some was fixed/addressed before I returned to my room after work that day. Wonderful service by everyone. Clean room.

There was no hot water in the evening to shower. I requested and booked “king bed” insted it was 2 double beds in the room, fruit basket was missing. The breakfast is more like snaks in business centre. Need to say staff was kind, location is good.
