The property was very unkempt. There were people hanging around and smoking. The room smelled like old cooking oil. The carpet and walls looked dirty and all the towels smelled like old cooking oil.

"Best place ever!!!"

My husband and I have been her over a year. This has literally been like a dream apartment for us. Initially we were only going to stay a month or so but after finding out all the free services they offer we just continued to stay. There is no way you will find a studio apartment with all these amenities for this price. These people are so diligent making sure that there is no riff raff going on. Carlos and Alyssa really know how to run this hotel. If you are visiting Tucson you really need to give this location a chance. The best by far I have ever visited.

"Best and Sweetest employee at the Front desk"

I'm writing to tell you that NYA,the lady at the front desk is a true gem. In haste We made the reservations with the wrong dates. BUT, before we had time to stress, She fixed our problem. We came to Tucson cuz of a stressful situation but With her kindness and her beautiful spirit We didn't feel so hopeless!!
