"Good stay but needs a bit of improvement on the linen."

Room and bathroom clean, not linen. Comfortable bed and staff friendly. Convenient location. Spacious room.

These was a death roach on the hall two doors to our room. Broken ice machine on third floor. And the bed cover and linen were stained 😒.

las instalaciones, habitaciones, limpieza son excelentes,

Tuve que llamar desde el aeropuerto(al ser extranjero no necesariamente pueda llamar local), donde envié un correo solicitando las informaciones sobre la recogida del shuttle un dia antes, deberían habilitar un numero de WhatsApp. La ultima noche no pudimos ver el partido del mundial de la Fifa porque el canal no estaba disponible, el primer dia si vimos todos los partidos. La persona que esta en el lobby no conoce muchas cosas, ni prender la TV, llegaban nuevos huésped y no se encontraba y debían de esperar, me preguntaban a mi que donde estaba. El primer dia de desayuno a las 8:30am se termino el yogur y no repuesieron, el desayuno es muy pobre en variedades. En la cafetería tienen pocas opciones.

The bed was comfortable

It was VERY noisy. You could hear people walking and talking and yelling all through the night. The room needed some TLC. Toilet seats loose, tile falling on the floor. And it was an expensive room! Not worth it.

The location

Cockroach in bathroom the moment we enter the room. One of the receptionist (was the the most of the time) wasn't nice and friendly at all. Breakfast was awful.
