It was good. The beds were comfortable

The breakfast was pretty bad. Even people in the elevator complained. I don’t know of anyone who liked it

Booking.com messed up on my reservation and the hotel had no record of me arriving so I had to pay full price for the room. I managed finally to reach an agent with Booking.com who told me You would reimburse me for the price difference but since it's almost impossible to reach anyone from your company how the heck will that work? The coffee was terrible and the special yoghurt ran out by 7 a.m. I asked a staff member who said they didn't have any supply. Why didn't somebody notice this the day before and go buy something from even a supermarket so there was at least yoghurt. It was already low since there were not that many people there before that time. It was very stressful and thankfully the hotel had an available room as it was a busy Saturday night.

Great huge rooms - clean - and location awesome. Shuttle service great.

Breakfast poor but would go with under averaged! The breakfast space was dead dirty twice in a row. How do hotels allow this?

This was a last minute reservation due to a flight change. It was extrremely clean.

We were only going to be there until 4:30 am. This meant no breakfast and the free shuttle wasn't going to be available until 5 am. We arrived a little before 11 am. They would not let us check in until 1 pm at the earliest. BUT if we paid an additional $35 we could have the room now. No rooms available for those with a reservation??? Who are they holding them for? What a rip-off.
