The hotel is new and very well maintained. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Shuttle bus picked me from the car rental place and dropped me and my family off at the airport. The staff were professional and helpful

Good continental breakfast. I would have preferred the eggs to be warm instead of cold.

The hotel and room was nice. The laundry was convenient and the gym was decent enough. Location was great and the courtesy shuttle was awesome.

The staff wasn't very friendly when we arrived and when we left. Customer service goes a long way. These ladies were lacking in kindness.

I had a very disappointing experience at check-in. I understand that asking for a deposit is an important policy, and that was not the issue. The problem was the way I was treated by the staff member assisting me. I had just arrived after an 11-hour flight and had already paid for the room in full; the only thing remaining was the deposit. For some reason my cards were not working at first, and while I was trying to resolve the issue, the staff member was extremely rude and showed no willingness to help or understand the situation. She made it clear that she did not care whether I stayed at the hotel or not. I politely asked if it was possible to speak with a manager, but I was told that no manager was available and that there were no other options. Fortunately, after a few minutes I managed to fix the issue with my card and the deposit went through without any problem. When I mentioned that I felt the situation had been handled in a very unfriendly way, the staff member raised her voice and told me in front of other guests that she did not care what I thought. Overall, it was a very unpleasant welcome after such a long trip, and unfortunately it left a very negative first impression.

Klimaanlage laut, Fenster wegen der Nähe zum Highway nicht zu öffnen. Frühstück besteht leider größtenteils aus Wegwerfmaterial und Unmengen von Plastik.
