Super 8 by Wyndham Cherokee

We continue to here every time we visit Cherokee.

We loved our stay at Super 8 in Cherokee! They more than met our expectations and we will definitely be back. Asked what could be improved, I would say that I wish the breakfast was a bit better, but the amazing rooms and friendly staff made up for this small consideration. THANK YOU!

Hotel clean and felt safe. Close to Unto These Hills & Indian Village. Beds were comfortable. Check-in and out was easy. Breakfast was only coffee, juice, & a muffin basket.

AC Unit and Deck had what appeared to be mold on it. When I addressed it with front desk they gave me a household cleaner to spray and clean. So I went back to room and spent an hour cleaning and disinfecting the area. I wrapped the towell up in a small bag and gave it to the front dest attendant. I then asked that the cleaner bleach the area the next morning and was told no problem. The area was ignored. I was not comfortable but it was bike week and had no where else to go. i went to Ingles and bought m own bleach and cleaned for another hour. Other than that the beds, floors and pool area were spectacular.

You advertised free breakfast and there was no breakfast. It was a stale muffin and coffee. The room smelt musty and was dark.

Water dripped for 2 days in bathroom, cable TV went out 3 times i am aware of, room key kept having to be reset due to a magnetic money clip and the biggie is the free breakfast. Worst continental breakfast ever. 2 juice types, coffee, and 3 different pre packaged muffins. Hotels.com said breakfast.

Overall pretty good

Its they had breakfast when, we got up at 7 and went down for breakfast and all the they were serving was coffee and stale muffins

Check In went well. The room was nice. I liked the little balcony out back. My only issue was the bathroom sink was hard to turn on. Besides that everything was good. We are going back in 3 weeks.

Advertised free breakfast but only served prepackaged muffin, on, and coffee with no place to sit!
