Wanted to use the hot tub at 9 am kicked out then they let noisy kids is the pool at 9 20 pool crouted night before with noisy kids we will be staying somewhere else

Front desk person "Grace" was so helpful she deserves some raise for sure. Outstanding customer service. My over all stay was good, clean nice room. will stay here again for sure.

AC & Refrigerator making noise all night long so could not sleep well.

Cleanliness especially of the pool facilities

Room was very dim which was ok most of the time but I found myself wishing I could turn on more lights or move lamps to different spots in the room.
